RELAX, REBALANCE, RECHARGE
Reflexology in Ketton, Rutland
Rutland Reflexology is based in Ketton, conveniently located for clients from Stamford, Oakham, Uppingham and the surrounding Rutland villages. I aim to provide a welcoming space where you can step away from everyday demands, slow down and enjoy time dedicated entirely to yourself.
Each treatment begins with you. I take time to understand your individual circumstances, lifestyle and reasons for choosing reflexology before tailoring your session to your needs and comfort.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an evidence-based holistic therapy designed to activate your body’s natural ability to heal itself. By applying targeted pressure to specific reflex points on the feet or hands that correspond to different organs and systems, this non-invasive treatment works to restore internal equilibrium. It is an exceptional choice for anyone looking to actively reduce stress, lower anxiety, and calm an overworked nervous system.
Clients often report improved sleep quality, boosted circulation, increased energy levels, and a profound sense of overall physical and mental relief after just one session. While reflexology can be a valuable complement to your overall wellbeing, it is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical care.

Meet Ellie
A Qualified Clinical Reflexologist With a Personal, Client-Centred Approach
I’m Ellie Sparks, founder of Rutland Reflexology.
I created my practice from a genuine desire to support people through compassionate, individualised holistic care. I’m friendly and approachable, and I believe that listening is just as important as the treatment itself.
I hold a Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology alongside a Level 4 qualification in Anatomy and Physiology. My training included more than 100 clinical case studies, and I continue to develop my knowledge through specialist professional training.
I have also completed specialist CPD in Supporting Women Through Menopause with Reflexology, hold first and second degree Reiki qualifications, and I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR).
What Happens at Your First Reflexology Appointment?
If you have never experienced reflexology before, there is nothing special you need to prepare.
Your first appointment begins with a consultation where we can discuss your medical history, lifestyle and what has brought you to reflexology. This also allows you to ask questions and let me know about any concerns or preferences. You’ll then get comfortable on the treatment couch, remaining fully clothed apart from removing your shoes and socks.
I’ll gently cleanse your feet before beginning your personalised reflexology treatment. Afterwards, there will be time for a brief conversation and any appropriate aftercare advice. Allow approximately 90 minutes for your first adult appointment so that we have plenty of time for your consultation and treatment without feeling rushed.
Why Choose Rutland Reflexology?
Qualified & Professionally Supported
Level 5 Practitioner Diploma in Reflexology, Level 4 Anatomy and Physiology qualification and full membership of the Association of Reflexologists.
Treatments Tailored to You
Your treatment is adapted to your individual circumstances, comfort and preferences rather than following an identical routine for every client.
A Calm, Personal Environment
Treatments take place in my home-based treatment room in Ketton, providing a quiet environment in which to relax and unwind.
Specialist Training
Alongside traditional reflexology, I have undertaken additional professional development relating to menopause and have trained to Reiki second degree.
Natural Treatment Products
I use a selection of high-quality treatment balms and waxes from Flying Wild and Songbird Naturals. I chose these brands because they focus on natural, carefully sourced ingredients and have developed their products specifically for use in reflexology and massage. Flying Wild uses certified organic ingredients in its balms, while Songbird uses natural ingredients and organic ingredients wherever possible.
I understand that some clients may be sensitive to fragrances or essential oils, so I offer unscented options where required. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or product preferences, please let me know before your treatment so I can make the appropriate adjustments.
