Traditional Reflexology

Experience the deeply restorative benefits of a traditional reflexology treatment, a holistic therapy designed to encourage natural healing and balance throughout the entire body. By applying targeted, rhythmic pressure to specific reflex points on the feet – which correspond to key organs, glands, and bodily systems – this session helps relieve physical tension, stimulate circulation, and restore your body’s natural vitality. Designed to melt away daily stress and support your overall well-being, it’s the perfect reset to calm your nervous system, restore balance, and leave you feeling revived.

Whether you are seeking a deeply relaxing session for overall well-being or need a tailored treatment designed to target specific health conditions holistically, your treatment will be fully customised to meet your individual needs.

Fertility Reflexology

This fertility-focused reflexology treatment works holistically to support the body’s natural balance and reproductive wellbeing. Specific reflex points associated with the endocrine system are worked to encourage hormonal balance, while relaxation and stress-relieving techniques help calm the nervous system and promote a sense of wellbeing. Reflex points relating to the pelvic and reproductive areas are also incorporated to support circulation and the pelvic region, alongside areas traditionally associated with the body’s natural detoxification and elimination processes. Together, these techniques aim to create a deeply relaxing treatment that supports the body as part of a holistic approach to fertility. Fertility reflexology offers a calm and supportive space for people navigating their fertility journey, whether trying to conceive naturally or undergoing assisted fertility treatment such as IVF or IUI.

Pregnancy Reflexology

Designed to offer a relaxing and supportive experience for expectant mothers, this restorative reflexology treatment helps you unwind while gently caring for your body throughout pregnancy. Adapted to ensure complete safety for mother and baby, each session targets reflex points corresponding to organs under increased pregnancy strain, balancing the endocrine system and easing the nervous system into a deeply relaxing parasympathetic state.

Because reflexology helps to relieve stress, it has been shown to reduce blood pressure, and clients report a noticeable improvement in symptoms such as nausea, heartburn, digestive distress, mood swings, dizziness, fatigue, back pain, pelvic arthropathy, oedema, urinary tract discomfort and frequent urination. By stimulating circulation, the treatment also promotes the delivery of vital oxygen and nutrients to the uterus while sweeping away metabolic waste like carbon dioxide and lactic acid—maintaining optimal uterine health to support a comfortable, happy journey for both mother and baby.

Menopause Reflexology

This reflexology treatment can offer gentle, holistic support throughout your menopausal or peri-menopausal journey by helping to balance the nervous system and relieve common symptoms of hormonal fluctuation. By stimulating specific reflex points on the feet linked to the endocrine and nervous systems, reflexology helps soothe the body’s stress response, which can reduce the frequency and intensity of hot flushes and night sweats. Regular sessions encourage deep relaxation to improve sleep quality, ease brain fog, and relieve physical tension, while also helping to stabilise mood swings, anxiety, and emotional fatigue – promoting an overall sense of comfort, balance, and well-being during this transition.

I have also undertaken additional professional development in supporting women through menopause with reflexology, and each session is tailored to your individual circumstances and wellbeing.

Adapted Integrated Reflexology

Adaptive Integrated Reflexology (AIR) is a modern, intuitive blend of traditional reflexology and energetic support. It builds on classic reflexology – working with specific points on the feet that correspond to key organs and systems—while incorporating energy work, connection, and mindful intention. Designed to encourage deep relaxation, relieve stuck energies, promote body awareness, and overall balance, sessions can also include simple affirmations and intentions. These short, positive statements can be repeated aloud or silently to help focus your mind and support your personal wellness goals.

Reiki Integrated Reflexology

Enjoy a beautiful combination of traditional reflexology and gentle energy healing. The treatment begins with classic reflexology to work away physical stress, boost circulation, and support your overall well-being through targeted foot reflexes. For the final 15 minutes, you’ll melt deeper into relaxation with a calming Reiki application, designed to relieve congested energies, soothe your nervous system, and restore balance to both mind and body.

No previous experience of Reiki is needed.

Reflexology Adapted to Individual Needs

I can also provide gentler, adapted treatments for clients whose health, mobility or energy levels mean that a standard reflexology session may not be appropriate.

Treatment length, pressure and positioning can be adjusted according to your comfort and circumstances.

If you are living with a chronic or life-limiting health condition, please contact me before booking so that we can discuss your individual needs and whether the treatment environment is suitable for you.

Not Sure Which Treatment to Choose?

You don’t need to know exactly which type of reflexology is right for you before getting in touch. If you’re new to reflexology or unsure which treatment best suits what you’re looking for, please contact me and I’ll be happy to explain the options.

Frequently Asked Questions About Reflexology Treatments

What happens at my first reflexology appointment?

Your first reflexology appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your medical history, lifestyle and what has brought you to reflexology. This allows me to understand your individual circumstances and gives you time to ask any questions before we begin.

You’ll then get comfortable on the treatment couch, remaining fully clothed except for your shoes and socks. I’ll gently cleanse your feet before beginning your personalised reflexology treatment.

Afterwards, we’ll have time for a brief conversation and any appropriate aftercare advice.

What should I wear for a reflexology treatment?

For your reflexology treatment, wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to relax. You’ll remain fully clothed throughout your treatment and will only need to remove your shoes and socks or tights.

For treatments involving work on the lower legs, you may be asked to roll your clothing up to your knees.

How long does a reflexology treatment take?

The reflexology treatment itself is approximately 60 minutes for adults, excluding consultation and post-treatment discussion.

Allow approximately 90 minutes for your first appointment. Follow-up appointments are approximately 75 to 90 minutes in total.

Children and clients who require an adapted treatment may have shorter sessions tailored to their individual circumstances.

How often should I have reflexology?

How often you choose to have reflexology will depend on your individual circumstances and what you would like from your treatments.

Some clients enjoy regular appointments as time for relaxation and wellbeing, while others choose a shorter series of more frequent appointments before moving to less frequent sessions. We can discuss what feels appropriate for you at your first appointment.

What can reflexology help with?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that many people choose as an opportunity to relax, unwind and focus on their physical and emotional wellbeing. Treatments are designed to provide a deeply relaxing experience and can be adapted to your individual circumstances and preferences.

Reflexology is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace appropriate medical care.

Is reflexology suitable for everyone?

Reflexology can be adapted to suit many different people and circumstances, but it may not be appropriate for everyone. Before your first treatment, I’ll ask about your health and medical history so that we can discuss any relevant considerations and adapt your treatment where appropriate.

If you have a health condition, are undergoing medical treatment or are unsure whether reflexology is suitable for you, please get in touch before booking.

Can a reflexology treatment be adapted if I have limited mobility or additional needs?

Yes, reflexology treatments can be adapted according to your comfort and individual circumstances, including adjustments to pressure, positioning and treatment length.

Please be aware that my treatment room is upstairs and treatments usually take place on a raised treatment couch. You’re welcome to bring a carer or family member to assist you where appropriate.

If you have limited mobility or additional needs, please contact me before booking so that we can discuss what you need and whether the treatment environment is suitable for you.

Can reflexology be used alongside medical care?

Yes, reflexology is a valuable and beneficial complement to conventional medical treatment, working hand in hand with prescribed medicine to support the body’s overall wellbeing, but it is not used as a replacement for prescribed medical care.
