Claiming the Cost of Reflexology

Did you know you could claim back the cost of your treatments? As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), I can provide an official receipt showing my AoR membership number. My qualifications are recognised by major UK healthcare providers and workplace cash plans (including Simplyhealth, Medicash, Health Shield, and Bupa).

If your private or corporate policy covers holistic therapies, you may be eligible to reclaim up to 100% of your treatment costs. Just let me know at your session, and I will gladly provide an official receipt featuring my AoR membership number for your claim.

If you intend to make a claim, please check your policy or contact your provider before booking to confirm whether your treatment is covered.

Frequently Asked Questions About Reflexology Prices

How much does reflexology cost?

A first adult reflexology treatment at Rutland Reflexology costs £60, with follow-up treatments costing £55.

Children’s reflexology costs £45 for the first treatment and £40 for follow-up appointments. Pricing for chronic and life-limiting reflexology is flexible so that the length of the treatment can be adapted to individual circumstances.

Why does the first reflexology appointment cost more?

Your first appointment allows additional time for a full consultation before your treatment. This gives us time to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, individual circumstances and what you would like from your reflexology sessions.

Allow approximately 90 minutes for your first adult appointment.

Do I need to book a course of reflexology treatments?

No. How often you choose to have reflexology will depend on your individual circumstances and what you would like from your treatments.

For some services, such as fertility reflexology, a series of appointments may be suggested. This can be discussed with you before you decide whether you would like to continue with further treatments.

Can I claim the cost of reflexology through my health insurance or cash plan?

Some private healthcare policies and workplace health cash plans may provide reimbursement for reflexology treatments, depending on the provider and your individual policy.

As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), I can provide an official receipt showing my membership number if required for your claim.

Please check with your insurer or cash-plan provider before booking to confirm whether your treatment is covered.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. Rutland Reflexology gift vouchers are available for reflexology treatments and can make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Christmas, Mother’s Day or simply as a way of giving someone time to relax.
